Tanukichi wants to live a clean and normal life, so he enrolls at Tokioka Academy, an elite school known for its strict morals. He also hopes to get close to Anna Nishikinomiya, the beautiful and perfect student council president.
But Tanukichi soon meets Ayame Kajo, the vice president of the student council. In secret, she is Blue Snow, a masked rebel who spreads dirty jokes and pictures to fight the laws. Ayame knows about Tanukichi's father, and she forces him to join her group, SOX.
The series follows Tanukichi as he is pulled into Ayame's silly plans, while he tries to hide his double life from Anna and the rest of the school.
