It is based on the manga by Coolkyousinnjya. It is set in modern Japan, where a few dragons from another world quietly live among humans.
Kobayashi is a tired office worker who writes computer programs. In the first season, she saved a dragon named Tohru, who then took human form and became her maid. Tohru loves Kobayashi very much. They live together with Kanna, a small young dragon who goes to elementary school.
At the start of this season, a new dragon named Ilulu arrives. She is from the Chaos faction, a group of dragons who want to cause trouble. Ilulu attacks Tohru and wants to break up her peaceful life with Kobayashi. But after the fight, Ilulu has nowhere to go. Kobayashi decides to give her a chance.
Ilulu starts to live in the human world and gets a job at a small candy shop. Little by little, she learns about human kindness and what it means to have friends. Other dragons, such as Elma, Lucoa and Fafnir, also keep showing up in Kobayashi's life.
The show mixes silly jokes, cute daily moments and some big dragon fights. It is a warm story about family, love and finding a place to belong.
