Synopsis
Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 2 is the 2019 second half of the third season of the dark fantasy action anime. It has 10 episodes and was made by Wit Studio, based on the manga by Hajime Isayama. It follows straight on from the first part of Season 3.
After the events inside the walls, the Survey Corps is ready for its biggest mission yet. They plan to take back Wall Maria, the outer wall that fell to the Titans five years ago. Their goal is the town of Shiganshina, where Eren Yeager grew up.
Eren's father left a key to the basement of their old home. He told Eren that the basement holds the answers about the Titans and the world. Now, the soldiers hope to reach that house at last. Eren can use his Titan power to seal the hole in the wall, which could make the mission possible.
Commander Erwin leads the operation, and Captain Levi, Hange, Mikasa and Armin all join. The soldiers ride out at night to avoid the Titans, who do not move in the dark. When they arrive, the town is strangely quiet.
The Survey Corps soon learns that enemies are waiting for them. The season follows a hard battle for Shiganshina, as the soldiers fight to reach the basement and learn the truth.
