Synopsis
One-Punch Man Season 2 is the 2019 second season of the action comedy anime. It has 12 episodes and was made by the studio J.C.Staff, based on the manga by Yusuke Murata and the web comic by ONE. It picks up soon after the end of the first season.
Saitama is a hero who can beat any enemy with just one punch. He is now a member of the Hero Association, but most people still do not know how strong he is. He is bored with how easy his fights are, and he wants to find a real challenge. His student Genos, a young cyborg, still follows him everywhere.
The world is in more danger than before. More monster attacks happen every day, and the Hero Association struggles to keep up. A famous fortune teller has also predicted that a great threat is coming.
At the same time, a young man named Garou starts to attack heroes. Garou is a skilled martial artist. As a child, he always cheered for the monsters in hero stories, because he felt sorry for them. Now he wants to become a monster himself. He goes after heroes one by one to prove that he is stronger than all of them.
