Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1

Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1 is a 2023 anime special that runs for about one hour. It was made by the studio MAPPA and is based on the manga by Hajime Isayama. It is the first of two final specials that end the Attack on Titan story, and it follows straight on from the third part of the Final Season.

For years, the people of Paradis Island lived behind walls, afraid of the Titans. Later, they learned that the rest of the world, led by the nation of Marley, sees them as monsters and wants to destroy them.

Now Eren Yeager has made a terrible choice. He has used a great power to start the Rumbling, and countless giant Titans are marching across the world outside Paradis. Their path is full of destruction. Eren believes this is the only way to protect his home.

Eren's old friends, Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert, cannot accept what he is doing. They join with other members of the Survey Corps, like Levi, Hange, Jean and Connie. They also have to work with people who were once their enemies, including warriors from Marley. None of them fully trust each other, but they share one goal. They want to stop the Rumbling.

The special follows this unlikely group as they try to find a way to reach Eren before it is too late. It should only be watched after the rest of the series.
